RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size.

14-Day Exchanges: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once approved, the item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. Chosen Won will cover applicable return shipping costs for confirmed damaged or defective items.

Missing Packages: If your order does not arrive, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method
